If you have purchased a "LICENSE FEE" package or a pack that does NOT include Free Support, and you need assistance for:
- INSTALLATION, please first purchase our "Support Service Add Website" package and then follow the procedure indicated above;
- CONFIGURATION, please first purchase our "Install and Config Single Site"package (or MULTISITE, if you have a Prestashop Multisite) and then follow the procedure indicated above;
- ANY OTHER PROBLEM, please, first purchase our "CHECK SERVICE" package and then follow the procedure indicated above.

For Requests relating to the "WebSite Check" Service, please use the specific Form that you find Here, after purchasing the Service.
As established in the same Terms and Conditions, the technicians will reply as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of 24 hours.
