MODULES UPDATE

Premise

All our modules are designed and built to require a minimum number of updates, being designed to remain fully functional, with particular exceptions, at least for the entire duration of the life cycle of a "Major" Version. This is in order to minimize, other than the need for continuous checks and updates of the versions, with consequent measures to put the website off line, with all that derives from it, also and above all the risk of any problems that the update of any module Prestashop inevitably entails.

How to get our modules upgraded.

The procedure to follow is simple and is as follows.

Enter the UPGRADE FEE Section (LINK) and follow the following steps: 
1. click on the "Search Module ..." button found in the left part of the Upgrade section (see image), to access the search area or, alternatively, on the "Select Module ..." button, on the right. In this second case, the entire list of available module upgrades will open;
2. if you have selected the Search mode, enter the name of the single module you need to upgrade in the search field (a summary of the name is also sufficient, such as for the Module · PS IT Clean Urls "-> "Clean Urls").
N.B. if there is a need to upgrade more modules, simply repeat the following procedure for each module;

2. press the "Search" button;

3. a list of modules will appear (see image) and, once your Module has been identified (generally in the list, unless you carry out an extremely detailed search, more modules will appear that contain the searched keyword) press the "Buy" button or , if you enter the product sheet, "Add to Cart".

4. proceed with the purchase. If you are not already logged in to our store it will be necessary to log in or register (having switched to a new platform it is possible that, even if you are registered in our previous store, your old account will not be recognized. In this case you just need to register again, even using the same email address used for the old account. NB if your account is not recognized at the first login, it is useless to proceed with the password recovery procedure. It will still be necessary to proceed with a new registration.)
5. conclude with the payment.
You will receive via email the download link for the latest version of the module available. You can also download directly from your order history, where you will be automatically redirected at the end of the purchase procedure.

How to upgrade.

To proceed with the ugrade of all our modules, simply uninstall the old version and then proceed with the installation of the new version, taking care to follow in detail the instructions provided with the module manual, if any.
It is also strongly recommended, as per the Terms and Conditions, to previously perform a security backup and to put your site in maintenance mode for the time necessary to complete and verify the correct functioning of the new module version.
